I cannot say enough positive things about Janet! I was searching for a condo to buy before I moved from the west coast. I had a tight search area since I wanted to be near a direct T line to my office. My search was also challenging because I basically only had three weekends to fly there and search, so we had tough decisions to make if I saw a place when I wasn't planning to be in town in the next few days. Janet was very graceful when suggesting I revisit my budget or change other search criteria. She was also very protective I remember we went to see two or three units that seemed promising online, but once we got there, she told me "I will not let you live there." She asked tough and useful questions of the Realtors® to get information about units that I didn't even know that I needed. Since I was on the west coast, Janet was there for my inspection and would preview places for me, which was very helpful. And she managed my anxiety and uncertainty quite well. I have been in my home for 6 months and am extremely happy. It checks off all my wants including some I didn't even know I had. I have zero regret and know having Janet made my search a success.
